Why these products together
Vitamin D and magnesium: why take them together
Office, car, home: you often see the sun through a window. In Morocco there is sun almost all year, but it rarely reaches your skin. A lack of vitamin D doesn’t show right away. Yet you want to stay active for a long time: walking in the medina, travelling, carrying your grandchildren.
Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium. Vitamin K2 works with D3 for your bones. Magnesium is needed for your body to activate vitamin D, in the liver and then the kidneys.
This trio rests on published research. A 2018 scientific review describes magnesium’s role in activating vitamin D. A meta-analysis of randomised trials assessed vitamins K and D together on bone quality, and another looked at vitamin K2 on bone mineral density. The roles of vitamins and magnesium cited on this page are the claims authorised under EU Regulation 432/2012. Our immunity guide explains vitamin D’s role in your natural defences.
Let’s do the maths: 130 DH + 115 DH = 245 DH for the two boxes bought separately; the bundle: 229 DH, in one order paid on delivery and at your door in 24-48 h. What the bundle changes for you
| What you live with | What the bundle brings |
|---|---|

| Less energy in the evening | Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. |
Steps of the course
Day one
About 30 minutes after the magnesium, you often start to unwind. Vitamin D3 + K2 works more slowly, over several weeks.
Day 7
The routine is set. Don’t expect anything dramatic at this stage: consistency is what counts.
Day 21
Take stock of muscle comfort and your energy late in the afternoon. Keep going.
Day 60
A vitamin D blood test, reviewed with your doctor, remains the only way to know for sure.
Frequently asked questions
Should I keep going in summer?
Yes: even in summer, days spent indoors limit your exposure.
Can I take this bundle with other supplements?
Yes, as long as you don’t stack several products rich in vitamin D or magnesium without advice, so you stay within the daily doses printed on the boxes.
Who should ask a doctor first?
Anyone taking an anticoagulant — vitamin K interacts with these medicines — and anyone with kidney impairment, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
