Why these products together
Blood sugar and stress: why take magnesium and berberine together
Been watching your sugar for a while? Some mornings the reading is too high. In the afternoon, you feel tired. In the evening, you have less patience, and people at home notice. That’s normal: when your sugar goes up and down, your mood changes too. Even with good medical follow-up, keeping both your sugar and your mood steady is hard, day after day.
Magnesium helps you stay calm. Berberine helps keep your blood sugar steady. Each helps the other: steadier sugar means a steadier mood, and when you’re calmer it’s easier to eat well. Magnesium is also often low when blood sugar stays high.
These links are documented: a 2019 meta-analysis of clinical trials on berberine and blood glucose, explained in our complete berberine guide, a systematic review on magnesium and self-reported stress, and a 2015 review on magnesium and blood sugar. Magnesium claims are those of EU Regulation 432/2012. This bundle replaces neither your treatment nor your medical follow-up: keep both as they are, and tell your doctor you are taking berberine.
Separately: 145 DH (berberine) + 115 DH (magnesium) = 260 DH. The bundle: 249 DH, one order. Steps of the course
Day one
About 30 minutes after the magnesium capsule, you start to feel more relaxed. Berberine goes with lunch: its first effects come within 24 hours, then build up gradually. Keep logging your readings as usual.
Day 7
The routine is set. Notice how your late afternoons and evenings go.
Day 21
Take stock: your calm through the day, your sleep, your readings. Note them side by side.
Day 60
The two months are done. Your readings log and your next blood test, reviewed with your doctor, show where you stand.
Frequently asked questions
What if I skip lunch?
Take berberine with dinner instead: never on an empty stomach, it sits better with a meal.
Can I take this bundle alongside blood sugar medication?
Only with your doctor’s agreement, since berberine’s effect on blood sugar can add to that of a treatment. Never change your treatment on your own.
And on days I take 2 magnesium capsules?
Its box then runs out a little before the berberine.
Who should not take this bundle?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and anyone on medication without medical advice — berberine interacts with several medicines. With kidney impairment, magnesium also requires advice.
