Why these products together
Sleep: why take magnesium and zinc together at dinner
In the evening you’re tired, but once in bed you think about everything left to do. You wake up at 3 am and can’t get back to sleep. In the morning the alarm rings too early, coffee isn’t enough, and by 4 pm your energy is gone. It’s not a lack of willpower: when you sleep badly, the whole day is harder.
Magnesium and zinc don’t have the same role. Magnesium helps you relax in the evening. Zinc helps your body recover overnight, and it has been studied for sleep quality. Together they help you sleep better, and a good night means a day with more energy.
This bundle is based on published research. A placebo-controlled trial in older adults who slept poorly observed improvements in several sleep measures with magnesium. A systematic review looked at magnesium and sleep, and another pooled randomised trials on zinc and sleep quality. The roles cited in the table are the claims authorised under EU Regulation 432/2012. Our magnesium glycinate guide walks through the research.
Let’s do the maths: 115 DH + 115 DH = 230 DH for the two boxes bought separately; the bundle: 219 DH, in one order paid on delivery and at your door in 24-48 h. Our team has gathered more evening essentials under Serenity & Sleep and across all our bundles. Read more: sleep and stress, naturally and natural stress relief. A question before you order? Steps of the course
The first evening
About 30 minutes after the magnesium, you start to feel more relaxed: a good time to go to bed. Zinc works over time.
Day 7
The routine is set: two capsules at dinner, nothing to think about. You unwind more easily in the evening.
Day 21
Take stock: falling asleep, night-time waking, and above all your afternoons: do you have fewer energy dips? Keep going.
Day 60
The zinc box is finished at one capsule a day: a good point to judge your nights over time.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a sleeping pill?
No. These are two minerals, not a sedative. They don’t force sleep; they support your evening wind-down.
Can I take this bundle with other supplements?
Yes, as long as you don’t stack several products rich in zinc or magnesium without advice, so you stay within the daily doses printed on the boxes.
Who should ask a doctor first?
Anyone on medication (especially antibiotics, thyroid medicines or certain bone treatments (bisphosphonates), which should be spaced from zinc and magnesium), with kidney impairment, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Difficult nights that last more than a few weeks deserve medical advice.
