Return and Refund Policy

At Alphavital, your satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer a clear, unambiguous guarantee on your first order.

“30-Day Money-Back” guarantee

This guarantee applies to any first order. If the result does not suit you, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Eligibility conditions

  • The request concerns a first order.
  • The product is unopened, or used by less than 20% of its contents.
  • The request is made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, name, phone) is provided.

Because food supplements give results that vary from one person to another, no individual result can be guaranteed. This commercial guarantee covers your trial of the product under the conditions above.

Damaged product or order error

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will replace or refund it, regardless of whether the product has been opened.

How to make a request

  1. Contact us: by e-mail at contact@alphavital.ma or by phone / WhatsApp at 0652701712, stating your order number and reason.
  2. Validation: our customer service confirms eligibility and explains how to return the product.
  3. Return: send the product back per the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; the return address is provided by our WhatsApp customer service at 0652701712.
  4. Refund: after receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, by bank transfer (RIB) or refund on delivery.

Delivery fees

Reminder: delivery is free from 170 DH; below that, a 30 DH fee applies (20 DH in Casablanca). Initial delivery fees are not refunded for returns of convenience.
