How do I place an order on Alphavital?

Choose your products in our shop, add them to the cart, then enter your name, phone number and address. No account is needed: checkout takes under two minutes, and you receive a confirmation call before shipping.

What are the delivery times in Morocco?

Your order is delivered within 24 to 48 hours in most Moroccan cities. We work with reliable carriers and call you to confirm before dispatch, so your parcel arrives smoothly.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free from 170 DH. Below 170 DH, a 30 DH contribution applies. Building a pack or a full course is the easiest way to pass that threshold and enjoy free delivery.

Do you deliver to all cities in Morocco?

Yes. We deliver to every city and region in Morocco, from major hubs to more remote areas. If your area is hard to reach, our team contacts you to agree on the best pickup point.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you receive tracking details by phone. For any question about your parcel, email us at contact@alphavital.ma and we reply quickly.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You pay in cash, on delivery (cash on delivery). You only pay once the parcel is in your hands: no advance payment, no bank card needed to order.

Is cash on delivery secure?

Completely. Cash on delivery is our preferred method precisely to reassure you: you check your parcel first, then you pay. No risk, no upfront commitment.

Do you offer discounts on packs?

Yes. Our packs and courses come with tiered pricing: the higher the quantity, the lower the price per box. It is the most economical way to follow a full multi-week course.

Are your products certified?

Yes. Our food supplements are ONSSA certified (Morocco’s National Office for the Sanitary Safety of Food Products), the national reference authority. This certification appears on each relevant product page and confirms manufacturing compliance.

What are Alphavital products made of?

Our formulas are built on naturally sourced active ingredients, selected for their purity and dosed to recognised standards. The full composition and dosage of each active are shown transparently on every product page.

Do your supplements contain unnecessary additives?

We favour clean formulas, without overloading them with superfluous additives. Every ingredient in our supplements has a clear purpose, stated on the label and product page.

How do you ensure the quality of each batch?

Our sourcing and manufacturing follow strict specifications, consistent with ONSSA certification. Each batch meets the same purity and dosage requirements, for consistent quality from one order to the next.

Using the products

How do I take Alphavital supplements?

The dosage is shown on each box and on the relevant product page. As a rule, our supplements are taken with a large glass of water, with a meal. Always respect the recommended daily dose printed on the packaging.

When should I take my supplements during the day?

It depends on the product: energising formulas such as spirulina are best in the morning, while calming formulas such as magnesium glycinate suit the evening. The ideal time is specified on each product page.

How long before I see results?

Food supplements work over time. A multi-week course supports your goal consistently. That is why our packs are designed to cover a full course without interruption.

Can I combine several Alphavital supplements?

Yes, several of our formulas are designed to be complementary, and we offer ready-made programmes that combine actives coherently. If you are under medical treatment, ask a healthcare professional for advice.

Are your products suitable for everyone?

Our supplements are intended for adults. They are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without professional advice. If you are under treatment or have a specific condition, seek advice before starting a course.

How should I store my supplements?

Keep your products in their original packaging, away from heat, humidity and direct light, out of reach of children. The use-by date is printed on each box.

Returns & Customer service

What is the return policy?

If an issue arises, report it within 7 days of receipt. We accept returns of unused products, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us immediately at contact@alphavital.ma with a photo of the product. We find a quick solution: replacement or handling, depending on the case.
